Healing

We go deep into the masculine wound β€” the good girl complex, the martyr energy, the inability to receive. Then comes the lineage reclamation: you honor the women who came before you, and you declare that you're the one who gets to change everything.

Do I need experience with breathwork or energy work?

Not at all. Everything is guided step-by-step. Whether you've never heard of Shakti or you've been practicing for years, the experience meets you where you are. The only requirement is a willingness to feel.

What if I can't make the live calls?

Every call is recorded and available on Kajabi within 24 hours. You'll have lifetime access, so you can move through the experience at your own pace. That said, there's something powerful about showing up live β€” the energy of the group is part of the medicine.

Is this a religious or spiritual program?

Feminine Fire draws on ancient practices and somatic science β€” it's spiritual in the way that connecting to your body and your aliveness is spiritual. You don't need to subscribe to any belief system. If you're open to breathwork, movement, and doing things a little differently, you'll feel right at home.

What's the time commitment each week?

Each live call is approximately 60 minutes. Between calls, you'll have access to practices you can explore at your own pace β€” some take 5 minutes, some take 20. The Telegram group is there whenever you want connection, but there's no pressure to show up daily. This is about taking things off your plate, not adding to it.

What if I have a history of trauma?

We work with energy in the lower body β€” sacral and root centers β€” which can sometimes surface stored emotions or memories. A safety and trauma disclaimer is provided at the beginning of the program. If you're currently in crisis or working through active trauma, please consult your therapist or healthcare provider before joining. This is a complement to professional support, not a replacement for it.
